Hello to my Friends and Family,
Bad News? Good News? Let's just say NEWS!
I am leaving my beloved Santa Elena tomorrow. My heart is breaking, but I know that it will be a good change. Change is hard, but change is good! I know that Heavenly Father is sending me where I need to go.
This week flew and I know I say that every week, but time is going so fast! Everyone told me that after you hit 9 months you can't keep track of time. My mistake for not believing them! It is insane! Time is FLYING!
The Pandy family did not come to church. They say they will do things, but then they are like many Belizeans and they do not! I will keep praying for them and hoping the next sister can help them in a way I could not.
There was not too much excitement this week, we had a sisters meeting in Belmopan. Sister Hintze spoke and nailed it out of the park! I am so blessed with her and President. Sister Hope and I also went to a little village called "Cristo Rey" It was up the mountain about 30 minutes and there were a few people that would talk to us! It was a great adventure!
To end, I just want to give you a glimpse of why I LOVE Santa Elena!
*I love the people! The branch members are incredible. They are so loving and they always greet me with a big smile and hug/handshake!
*The area has a lot of hills-I love riding my bike down the hills! ( I believe I am on to flat ground now...)
*I love the city. It is small and I ride my bike down the street hailing (yelling) at everyone I know. They all hail right back!
I know there are good things about each area. I count my blessings that I got to serve in Santa Elena and I will always cherish the people I have met! I love serving as a missionary and I love the opportunity I have to meet new people and to serve in Belize!
Thank you so much for your love and support! I am so thankful for each one of you and the strength you give me! Have a great week!
Bringing 'em Heaven as I glory in his name!
Happy Birthday Kinsey!!
Way Cool that Tessa sang where the Mo Tab does!
