Mawning, Mawning! (Morning, Morning in Kriol!)
This week went by SO fast!! It was full of missionary work and teaching opportunities. We found 13 new investigators this week and we have been showing "Because of Him" about 15 times a day. I may or may not have it memorized! It is so great and I love it!
Copious is doing great and preparing to be baptized on the 18th. He tried to say the 18th of April 2016, but he said he was just kidding. In this last week, he has moved in with a member because his mom (who has 10 kids) kicked him out. He is searching for a job and we have been on the hunt with him. He has been coming to all the activities in the church, Sunday services and meeting with us almost everyday. He has said that he prayed before we came to make changes in his life and he believes we are guiding him to those changes. He is great and I am so thankful for his desire and outlook on trying to be better everyday.
We have a R.C. named Luis. He is 17 years old and he is on fire in the church! He is awesome! We have been introduced to his 14 year old brother, Manuel and we have been able to teach him. We have put a goal with him for the 18th of April as well. He is friends with Copious, so we are hoping to have a group baptism with Luis being able to baptize his brother and friend! Manuel is great and he is learning a lot of new things. We are praying that his parents will have soft hearts as he decides to make these changes and be baptized.
Beatrice is a 17 year old girl that we have been meeting with this last week. Her family is Catholic and we have been meeting with all of them, but she is the one who has the desire. She wants to learn more and she wants to come closer to Jesus Christ. We showed her Because of Him and she said the cutest prayer after praying to find the truth in her life and to be able to get baptized in April. She is so cute!
Orange Walk (I think they call this Orange Walk because after walking around all day, you are orange from dust!) is great and I am learning to love it! The branch has an average of 100 people a week which is really great! They are willing to work with us and they LOVE feeding us. I was sick quite a few times this week from shoving in all the food they put on our plate. They think we eat like barbarians and we have to eat everything on our plate! By the end of this area I might look like a barbarian! Just promise to love me no matter what :)
Side note! While I was in El Sal, I ran into the bishop of Sensunapan! I asked about Rene and he said he is one of the most active members! He told me that he is on fire out there and a great support for the ward. He has been inviting his friends to meet the missionaries and he has been helping with everything placed in front of him! He is so great and I thank Heavenly Father everyday that I had the blessing of meeting him!
I cannot believe it is Easter on Sunday. My first Sunday in the field was Easter last year! Happy Easter and Happy Conference to each of you! I love you guys and I will be thinking of you all as we listen to the same words during Conference. I know the Savior lives and I know that Prophets are called of God. I know the teachings this week will be from our father in Heaven! Apply them in your life and listen for the spirit to speak to you and teach you for your personal life.
I love you all so much. Thank you for your emails and your support! I pray for you guys daily and I am sending all my love from the land of Belize!! Have a great week and enjoy General Conference!! I love you all!
Love,
Sista Sav

Cindy and Amalia Montalvan rode on an 8 hour bus to come visit me in Orange Walk this week, I know she does not read these, but that deserves a shoutout!
